Locations
Holding Out HELP is based in Draper, Utah, with a Southern division actively supporting clients in St. George, Cedar City, Colorado City, and surrounding areas. While polygamous communities can be found across the Western United States, Canada, and Mexico, the largest concentration is in and around Utah, making our state a central point for outreach and support.
Although our primary services are offered through our Draper office and Southern Utah team, we also provide remote and virtual assistance for those who are unable to access our locations in person. While these services are more limited, we remain committed to helping individuals wherever they are on their journey.
Northern Division
Our northern division, located in Draper, Utah, serves as the main hub of Holding Out HELP. Here, we offer on-site therapy, limited housing for eligible clients, and a welcoming office space where individuals can attend appointments, meetings, and access essential resources. We also host community events throughout the year to foster connection, healing, and support.

Housing Program
We recognize that safe, stable housing is one of the greatest needs for the individuals and families we serve. Our housing program provides a secure, supportive environment where clients can begin building a foundation for long-term independence.
Located in our northern division, our housing options include a home for single mothers and an independent living facility for adult women without children. These programs offer low-cost, temporary housing for eligible clients as they work toward stability. Residents engage in regular case management, receive individualized support, and follow personalized plans designed to help them achieve their goals and move toward self-sufficiency.
Southern Division
Our Southern division serves clients across Southern Utah, including St. George, Cedar City, Colorado City, and surrounding areas. Our dedicated case managers—based in St. George and Cedar City—provide the same personalized case management services as our main office. They are deeply connected to local resources and work closely with clients to help them access housing, counseling, education, and other vital support.

For donors who wish to directly support our efforts in Southern Utah, we offer a designated fund that goes specifically toward assisting clients in that region. This fund helps meet the unique needs of individuals and families in St. George, Cedar City, Colorado City, and surrounding areas—providing resources such as emergency support, transportation, and other critical services through our Southern Utah case managers. Every contribution makes a meaningful impact in helping clients rebuild their lives.
